Do you have any low cost services?
Yes! Group therapy is a way of providing high quality therapy at significantly lower cost. Jennifer believes that group therapy can be the most healing form of therapy.
Jennifer also offers a limited number of reduced rate spots based on availability.

I'm pleased to offer an initial telephone consultation, up to 20 minutes, at no charge. Let's set up a time for me to answer your questions or to briefly discuss your situation and therapeutic needs.

Do you offer In-Person or Teletherapy Services?
Yes, Jennifer currently offers both in-person and Teletherapy services to anyone located in the state of Texas.

How long will it take?
Everyone’s circumstances are unique to them. The length of time to accomplish your therapeutic goals depends on many factors including, but not limited to, what is driving you to seek therapy.

How do I obtain a copy of my therapy records?
Access to Records, Privacy Rights, and Complaints
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you understand your rights regarding your therapy records.
Requesting Therapy Records
You have the right to request access to your therapy records in accordance with Texas and federal law.
To request records, please submit a written request that includes:
Your full name and date of birth
A description of the records requested
Where the records should be sent
Your signature and the date
Requests may be submitted to:

Questions, Concerns, or Complaints
If you have questions or concerns about your records, privacy rights, or services provided, you are encouraged to discuss them directly with your therapist.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate licensing authority.
